The Packers, despite leading by 18 points at halftime and 11 points with less than six minutes remaining, suffered their fourth double-digit lead collapse of the season.
LaFleur's tenure has been marked by playoff appearances, with six trips in seven seasons. However, the team has yet to reach the Super Bowl, losing in the NFC Championship Game twice and the divisional round twice.
