The grand opening ceremony was a star-studded event, attended by prominent figures such as Zhao Yihuai, Vice Chairman of Lin-gang Special Area Administration; Jens Alsbirk, Consul General of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Shanghai; and Zhou Ying, Deputy Director General of the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission. Representatives from various Shanghai municipal departments, including the Development and Reform Commission, Yangshan Customs, the Market Regulation Bureau, and the Lingang Tax Bureau, were also present, alongside Maersk customers, executives, and employees.
